im so innovative, i have no dumbells right? so i take two heavy bags of sand and strap them around my hand and lift the bio text book. tada an instant 8 kg. i feel so smart

I know a custodian in my old school that was around Anthony's height, and he could dunk. When I asked him how he practice, he said he just tied sandbags on his ankles and practice with that. He could jump like hell man.
Carlos said he was lifting his bike for workout once...-.-

Well I ain't into lifting weights. Sorry rather do sports then work out. Working out is tedious, sports give you both excersize and fun.

At some point...working out is necessary for sports. If you're just having fun, then it isn't necessary. I remember my swim coach used to make us work out every wednesday.

ok, i dont think a lot of juniors are in max rep this year. just me and fred kinda. so im encouraging as many guys to join as possible. once the seniors leave, the club will be rather lacking in people, so we need as many people as possible. besides, getting buff is great, right? looking buff is looking good. id like to, but TKD and Natural studies....SAME DAY! thursday, soccer
