People like getting more attention. So they form their own little groups to boss people around. Then the people who want to get cool join the little circle...voila.

it is a constant issue, isn't it, kenny. you make it sound like it's kind of a hassle. which is cool that you make the hassle to do that, and all that jazz.
and as for circles, i reject your reality and substitute it with an ellipse.

I've never really seen a problem with this. I think I was pretty compatible with most people. There were, of coures, the people I talked to maybe once or twice throughout the school year, but I was usually on good terms with everyone. Unless, of course, everyone said bad things about me behind my back. If that's the case, then I'll go cry in my corner now.
The problem was, i had lots of friends but not too many really close friends. Quantity for quality.

Albert, I think I have the same problem as you. I'm on good terms with most people, but sometimes, I can't really determine who I can really count on.

albert, not too many close friends? *sniff* ill go cry in my own little corner. haha yeah people all have their different goals and stuff and it is hard to tell who to trust. many people just try to balance their time as well as possible, but still sometimes it sends the wrong impression.
